Our Elgin, Illinois-based historic restoration and home remodeling business was established in 1995 and more than 90 percent of our work is on historic homes in the Elgin area.

Our work was recognized with a City of Elgin Mayor’s Award – the Artisan's Award for historic restoration. Both of our personal residences were recognized with City of Elgin historic plaques and both were featured on the annual Gifford Park Association Elgin Historic House Tour.

We live and work in Elgin and as such, we have a personal stake in the city of Elgin - it’s not just our livelihood, it’s our neighborhood.
